Shipping price

Shipping and payment prices are mentioned in the shopping cart after inserting a product. The shipping price usually does not depend on the quantity (appart from the case of the shipping by air or sea). There is a free shipping option to certain countries. The precise shipping price can be seen in the shopping cart. Some products contain an extra shipping fee. Such products are marked with a warning "extra shipping fee" at our website. The warning is also mentioned in the shopping cart at such products.

Shipping methods

Available shipping methods are displayed in the shopping cart after inserting a product.

Transport time

The transport time depends on currently chosen country.

Estimated transport times referes to work days - thus public holidays and weekends are not counted in the transport time. We send a tracking link to our customers when their parcel is dispatched.

Goods excluded from shipping

For safety reasons we are not able to send certain products (e.g. aerosols) by air. These products are marked as "Can't fly" and cannot be shipped by air transport.

Free shipping

We provide free shipping to some countries from a certain order value. The order value is calculated excluding the shipping price. Current order value can be found in the shopping cart. There is no option of the free shipping for overseas deliveries (outside Europe).

Payment methods

Available payment methods depend on the selected shipping method and are mentioned in the shopping cart after inserting a product.

The cash on delivery method is available only to certain countries.

It is possible that a credit card payment fee is charged. Current credit card payment fees are always mentioned in the shopping cart after inserting a product.

Fee for express collection for personal pick up

We try to ship all our orders properly and on time. Releasing goods without a pre-made order (or before the dispatch email arrives) unfortunately complicates the dispatch process for us, so we are forced to introduce a fee for express picking in the amount of 2.2 EUR.
