Shipping price

Shipping and payment prices are mentioned in the shopping cart after adding a product. Shipping costs are usually not affected by the order size (except in the case of the shipping by air or sea). There is a free shipping option to certain countries. The precise shipping price can be seen in the shopping cart. Some products contain an extra shipping fee. These products are marked with a notice "extra shipping fee" at our website. The warning is also mentioned in the shopping cart at such products.

Estimated delivery time

The transport time depends on currently chosen country.

Estimated delivery times refer to working days only – public holidays and weekends are not included. A tracking link is sent to customers once the parcel has been dispatched.

Warning: Delivery times may vary during periods of maximum network congestion (+2-3 business days).

Items excluded from shipping

For safety reasons we are not able to send certain products (e.g. aerosols) by air. These products are marked as "Can't fly" and cannot be shipped by air transport.

Free shipping

The order value doesn’t include the shipping cost. You can see your current order value in the shopping cart. There is no option of the free shipping for overseas deliveries (outside Europe).

Available payment methods depend on the selected shipping method and are shown in the shopping cart after inserting a product.

The cash on delivery method is available only to certain countries.

Fee for Immediate Pick-up Without Prior Order

We always strive to process and ship all orders properly and on time. However, when a customer arrives at our warehouse without having placed an order in advance (or before receiving the shipping confirmation email) and requests immediate preparation of goods, it complicates our logistics process. Therefore, we charge an express pick-up fee of €2.20 for such immediate orders.
