The reason for creating Salming Miles was to expand our range of running shoes with a more damped model, which, however, is in maximum accordance with the concept and principles of Salming Natural Running. This shoe is designed to withstand the longest distances on roads and paved roads. The Miles model has a 4mm drop (heel-to-toe tip), but compared to our most popular Distance model, it has both a heel and toe tip. a much higher cushioning layer, which is also made of a completely new highly adaptable mixture of materials called Recoil. Compared to the Distance model, Miles offer more space in the toe area, which allows the front of the foot to stretch properly and work much more efficiently from a biomechanical point of view.
