McDavid 232 True Ice Ankle Wrap

The True Ice Therapy Ankle Wrap from McDavid is an ankle wrap with cold therapy function.

The wrap is made of high quality materials that provide a comfortable and firm hold on the ankle. On the inside of the bandage there is a gel insert which, when placed in the freezer, can maintain a low temperature for up to 2 hours. When removed from the freezer, the gel insert is placed back into the bandage and it is placed on the ankle.

The cold therapy helps reduce swelling, inflammation and pain in the ankle. The cold causes the blood vessels to constrict, which reduces the amount of fluid in the area where the dressing is applied. This process helps to reduce swelling and pain. In addition, the cold causes nerve fibers to be temporarily blocked, which reduces tenderness and pain in the ankle area.

True Ice Therapy Ankle Wrap is ideal for people who suffer from ankle pain caused by inflammation, injury or overuse. The wrap can be easily adjusted to any ankle size and can be used on the left or right ankle.
